New Proposal Submission Deadline

Dear VenTESOLers,

We have just decided to extend the deadline for the submission of proposals for #VenTESOL2014 until May 31st. We have come to this decision due to our interest in having as many pre-service and in-service English teachers as possible share their expertise in their areas of interest in the ELT field.

If you thought you could not have the chance to be part of #VenTESOL2014 as a presenter, well, this is your last opportunity. Guidelines and Forms for Proposals can be found by clicking here.

Now, all proposals accepted by our Evaluating Committee will get FREE REGISTRATION FEE.

And the 10 Best Proposals will get FREE REGISTRATION FEE and FREE HOTEL ROOM from July 17th to July 20th, 2014. Isn't that brilliant?!

National Convention Postponement

It is with great regret that we announce the postponement of the 32nd VenTESOL National Convention 2014. This event which was originally scheduled for May 30th and 31th will now be held on July 18th and 19th due to continuous violent events happening in Caracas.

It is our duty to preserve the presenters and attendees’ safety.

Early-Bird Registration deadline will remain the same => March 31st, 2014
Registration starts on April 1st and finishes on July 19th.

Proposals Submission deadline will be extended up to May 15th, 2014
